The things to keep in mind while applying to universities like Stanford or other universities such as UC Berkley etc are as follows :

      1. You should have a stellar SAT score and strong academics. But yes, academics is not everything they also consider other factors.
      2. There also has to be a balance between extracurricular activities as well as academics.
      3. Another thing that would make your application strong would be a striking factor about you. That could be in any field – research, organising events at school etc.
      4. The essay that you submit with your application should have a strong baseline.
      Hope this helps!
      All the best 🙂
