I personally believe that a career switch can happen to anyone and everyone at any given point of time in their life. As we all know that “Change is Constant;” it is evident everywhere and so is it in the career life of a human being.

what one has to understand when going through the career switch is the”Adaptability” levels of the individual going through the career change. Few would be fortunate enough to have time for thinking and understanding and adapting to the career switch and few would not be very fortunate and be thrown into the career switch in a matter of minutes to say the least.

Now, coming to the aspect of should one make a choice of career switch in their late 30’s if they are not satisfied with the current career; i personally feel to say that there will be lot of circumstantial situations and conditions that depend on making the choice of career switch.

so, if an individual is making the career switch in his/her late 30’s, the main thing to keep in mind or rather be prepared for are the repercussions that  might come along with the career switch and how good is the individual in adapting to the career switch along with these repercussions.
